Graham Evans is a highly experienced employment lawyer who works exclusively with employers to deal with workplace issues involving their employees. Now operating as an Australian 

Solicitor and enjoying life in South West England, Graham is attracting employer clients seeking his unique combination of knowledge and experience in employment law, combined with a focus on practicality and common sense.  

Before moving to the UK, Graham was a leading Sydney solicitor and remains an endorsed Specialist in Employment & Industrial Law accredited by the Law Society of NSW. Graham’s experience includes heading up the legal practice of a leading national Employer Association, as well as time as a senior employment advocate with Local Government NSW. 

  

Graham’s extensive skills and experience is recognised within the UK by his senior Chartered FCIPD status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)) since 2020. His experience in conducting impartial, compliant and independent workplace investigations into matters concerning alleged employee conduct is attested to by his long membership status with the Association of  Workplace Investigators (AWI). Graham’s extensive skills in facilitating workplace mediations is recognised by membership with the Civil Mediation Council since 2021 and current status as a CMC Registered Workplace Mediator. 

  

Graham also has extensive experience and skill in training and learning, including as an adjunct lecturer in workplace relations at Macquarie University Sydney and he continues providing guest lectures on contemporary workplace relations issues at leading universities and colleges.

Apart from being passionate about assisting his valued employer clients, Graham is also a keen sailor, enjoying sailing out of Plymouth and along Dorset’s famed Jurassic coast. Graham is also a strong supporter for the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, including RSPB work to help save the endangered Tristan albatross in the UK's South Atlantic Tristan da Cunha marine protection area.
